 STEP 1 : MY PRE-SCREENING PROCESS
This
is a precautionary measure for my own safety, protection
and comfort only. You already know a lot about me, yet
I know nothing about you. You must be at least 21 years
old with positive Photo ID with name, city and state
info, in addition to a legitimate work number. These
items are required and will be verified. However, without
this information I will not be able to schedule an appointment
with you. Cell phone numbers are not appropriate as work
numbers. All information you provide me is strictly confidential
for your protection and safety and will not be used and
will be discarded promptly after use. Discretion on
both ends must be respected. For that purpose all separate
business transactions will be processed through the company
name.
All client are required to put a 50% deposit down
prior to booking for reserving time for your appointment

EXCEPTIONS and bring the due balance in cash (U.S.
currency) in a greeting card inside envelope to your
appointment
with the name Sasha on it. You also have the option
to pre-pay in full for your appointment. For those who
pre-pay
in full, your 3rd appointment is discounted 50% and
the sixth appointment is at no charge. Immediately upon
funds
received and processed, my staff will promptly contact
you of availability for booking your appointment. Please
include your contact information of a contact phone
number including area code, name, and the best days and
hours
to call along with your U.S. Postal money order or
travelers cheeks.
